Imagine:
You are wavering in and out of consciousness laying down on a cold, uncomfortable table. The events of a few moments ago are blurring together since the accident happened so quickly. All you know is that you have been rushed to the hospital and that the doctors are there to save you. As you slowly open your eyes you catch a single scene frozen and engraved into your mind. There are a few doctors and nurses around you and they are all busy. The dim, fluorescent lighting makes everything a bit more yellow and artificial looking then normal. It is hard to identify the people around you since they are all looking at tools, each other, or simply away. The fine details of their faces are lost in the chaos. However, you do notice the typical baby-blue of their scrubs wrinkled up and haphazardly worn. You see rubber gloves are shiny silver tools used for surgeries. Most noticeable is the doctor hovering just over your face. You can tell he is focused by the stern look in his eyes but other than that, all you see is the mask he is wearing. The kind that cover the mouth and nose that doctors use to stay sterile during the process of treating people. The mask that is made of something similar to paper or plastic is covering his face. That is what you see.
